This little campground is not listed in directories nor in online maps. We just happened on it because we didn't want to stay at the CircleB, (across the street) where we encountered an unpleasant employee. So we drove over to Apple Tree where the friendly owner, Bruce, went out of his way to make us happy. We stayed for 3 nights. It's situated on a hill overlooking an amazing view of ranches & mountains. The other RV's, who are there for most of the summer, are exceptionally friendly. There is a covered patio where they gather to socialize.
My parents have stayed at the Apple Tree every summer for more than 10 years and have made some great friends who also spend summers there. As the previous reviewer said, it is very friendly, a beautiful setting, and the owners, Bruce and Gail, are awesome.
